Our highly trained practitioners are AHPRA Registered Acupuncturists. Which means you can trust that we have done the equivalent of a Bachelors degree, which includes1000hrs of face-to-face clinical internship during our studies and also continue to evolve with 20 hrs. of annual CPE.

Agnes Kim has a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been in practice since 2007 and serving the Cassowary Cost in Tully and Innisfail since 2009.
She has experience in treating pain relof all kinds. She practices Master Tung Acupuncture which can create change effectively and quickly. Her other interests include women’s health, digestive issues and stress relief. She has a gentle technique and offers a choice of treatment for best results.
Agnes incorporates modern techniques such as photo biomodulation (Cold Laser Therapy). This is a painless treatment and wonderful for children and needle phobic people.
She also practices Cupping therapy and is a Chinese Herbalist and finds this multilayered healing approach is most successful.
Chinese Herbal consultations can be over the phone by appointment as well as in person.
She is excited to be back to work after Maternity leave and looking forward to helping you be your best self.

Ashini Perera is a dedicated Acupuncturist who has honed her skills in thriving, high-demand clinics across Melbourne. She is now bringing her expertise to the Cassowary Coast, offering personalised care to the community.
With a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture Therapies and advanced training in Fertility and Cosmetic Acupuncture, Ashini combines strong clinical knowledge with a gentle, patient-centered approach.
She has a special interest in women’s health, fertility, dermatology, pain management, and mental wellbeing. Ashini also enjoys incorporating cupping therapy into her treatments.
Her practice works with the body as a whole and focusing on identifying and addressing the root cause of health concerns.
Ashini is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered on your health journey.
Away from the clinic, she loves to travel, read, and make art. After visiting the Cassowary Coast on holiday in 2022, she felt a strong connection to the area and has wanted to return ever since. Relocating here is a true full-circle moment
